I posted a few weeks ago stating I ordered a fresh balsam wreath from Valerie from the Christmas in July show and received a letter from the Q a month ago saying "We owe you a apology we sold more then we had"
So I ordered her fresh country snowman wreath to be delivered the week of 12/6, well it is 12/9 no wreath!!!!!!!!!!!! Called CS several times and they said the wreath has not been shipped as of today!!!!!!!!!!!!! How will this then get to me on the week of the 12/6 it won't I was told, so they offered me a refund! Guess I will shop local now!!!!
