@Luvsmyfam  I would like to mention some of the older condos are going through recertification to make improvement to the buildings and that would add quite a bit on your HOA payment for some time.  I have a friend that is dealing with that right now, an additional $200 per month. Not to scare anyone but that is something we need to be aware of.
