 At first I thought this room a little too neutral for me.  After zooming in on it at about 225%, I rather think it might be enough.

They can call it what they want but to me it's warm, inviting and cozy. I'm normally not a neutral person like @jubilant but this room works for me. I agree with @Boomernichols A home is a perfect description.

It's a lovely room but I would make some changes to suit my taste.

It's a nice room - for somebody else.

Too many windows, and there's no way I could live with a lack of color.

And, if that's the TV on top of the fireplace - I'd need binoculars to watch!

@jubilant I like it, too. The furniture looks comfy, and I love the built in book case. Everything looks very pretty and cozy.

Appears to me to be a very nice, comfortable room but not ‘cottage’ at all.   I would need a bit of colour  added but I like the room.
