Re: The UPS Man just told my husband that I needed help!!

I hope this guy isn't one of those who we see on the news caught throwing pkgs into the bushes because they are too lazy to deliver them! If he doesn't like delivering pkgs he should quit his job; he is definitely in the wrong line of work. If he ever made another crack like that I would tell him to seriously consider a career change asap. We have a man on our cul-de-sac who works out of his home as an architect and he gets at least 4-5 FedEx deliveries everyday.....guess he hasn't complained about his job.

Another thing...how did the ups guy know the boxes were for you? Why not your husband, or another person in the house..why you? I am not buying this for some reason.

I probably would have said something like my deliveries were paying his pay check.

I have to admit, I feel embarrassed to get many boxes from qvc delivered. I was even thinking of having things delivered to my moms and pick them up there.

The UPS guy was serious. He wasn't joking.

Our regular UPS driver is a female, but we haven't had anything delivered to our home via UPS in months. Most things we order are now sent SurePost, so the UPS driver delivers them to the post office, and the post office delivers them the next day.

Most months I get maybe 3 packages total.

I'm 45, and this guy looked young.

Guess he's a Psychology major or something. {#emotions_dlg.rolleyes}

If this was not your regular guy then he only saw the handful of packages. Why would someone say you needed help for 5 packages? There is something not adding up.

It doesn't matter how much the OP is ordering....the UPS employee was wayyyyy out of line. He should have made the delivery that he was being paid to do, and he should have been courteous to the customer. Period.

My UPS guy and I are on a first name basis. He actually enjoys delivering my packages {#emotions_dlg.biggrin}

He says he doesn't mind delivering packages, the more the better, job security!

That guy just sounds like an a**hole! I don't know what his issue was - UPS has great benefits, and they get to retire crazy early. J*rk!
