I'll take the whole thing especially the wonderful dog.  I like the bones of the interior of this house but I would have to re-decorate and re-furnish to my taste.  Also remove the large trees and shrubs that are blocking the view from the corners of the house. I'm sure I could come up with more appealing landscaping.   Wouldn't mind having a Bentley to do my Christmas shopping either.

What a gorgeous house (on the outside).  It is just beautiful!  I'd have to re-decorate the inside, however.

At any rate, I'll take the house, the car and the dog.  Merry Christmas to me!!
