the one celebrity who's designs I enjoyed was Linda Dano. haven't seen her on the Q in years.

Well here is what I thought when I looked at what she is bringing to QVC one word disappointed. I have seen pictures of home she has decorated and they were beautiful and I thought she would be bringing some very classy items. I saw none so even though I love Ellen I won't be upset if I miss her show. It just is not I expected to see her bring.

I was disappointed in the items that are being previewed. I don't think that this will last very long unless there are some really unique items brought into the mix.

Probably all junk left over from Ellen's store that she could not give away on her show.

Lord knows we need some more fake trees to add to landfills..the greed of these "celebrities"..they have money and platform to do something wonderful..how about selling non-gmo organic heirloom seeds to plant real trees to replenish nature..or how about cruelty free non toxic cosmetics..oh yeah thats right, she sold out to covergirl who tests on animals, the animals that shes constantly saying she cares so much about..what a joke!

Ellen is said to be a holiday kinda girl. I see nothing I have not already seen. I again thought it would be house decor-not just holiday

Looked at the lineup for her show - BORING and SAME OLD SAME OLD. I would think Ellen would be embarrassed to come on sir with that stuff. I guess she doesn't realize it's same old same old because she doesn't watch the Q!

I would like to see the answer posted as well.
Most women fragrances are geared towards girly. Ellen is not girly. I have never seen a female sell fragrance on a shopping network that was not girly. So, other than her selling clothes....which she is not known for.....I guess home decorating fit the bill. I still need to ask WHY? Why Ellen? Wasn't she selling Halo pet food on the QVC just a bit ago? Carolyn Gracie ate the canned dog food on air! LOL!. No THAT was hilarious! But with Carolyn's appetite it was really expected I guess ....What happened to that pet line? And now we have Ellen selling home furnishings?

Haaaaa------Now that would have been to funny to watch. I bet the host was panicked .

1) I imagine Carolyn WAS the host; and

2) I guess it just proves - that woman will eat ANYTHING!

As for the Ellen line - I didn't see anything that appealed to me, but I imagine she will do well. I like Ellen and good on her for being a smart businesswoman.

I will never understand why people choose to start and be part of such mean conversations. I guess if someone feels bad enough about themselves and their life then it makes them feel better to say such cruel things about someone else, because it does seem to be the same people over and over. These comments about Carolyn are really not nice, actually quite mean, not that any of you seem to mind that.

I think you are absolutely correct about this. They have such low self esteem and instead of seeing a therapist and working on that they come to the internet and try to pass on their self loathing to others. Trying to make others hurt as bad as they do.
