Thanks, anglesonearth and dragonflycat! I purchased the bottle candles some time ago. I use them in the dining room for new years. I decorate the center piece with all kinds of wine and new years decorations. I put sparkly things in the top of the bottle candles. One of the candles began strobeing and I couldn 't figure it out. It's thanks to the answers that I changed batteries and they are working great. Must have gotten a bad batch of batteries. My husband said it, "Who Knew!" Obviously the QVC buyers! Thanks Guys!
