Definitely not in a kitchen (though I like the shape of the island).  Perhaps in a very feminine bathroom or dressing area.

I love it!! Terrible for resale but for my personal taste it's really nice. I always like a little taste of the unexpected when decorating.

I think it's really pretty but my guess is a few people would actually want to put it in their kitchen or house. It would probably be the stumbling block when you are trying to sell the house too.

 

I think if I absolutely had to use this color for some reason it would be cut very differently, very plain very modern, no fancy trim. And the cabinets would also be very modern, maybe gray.

Yes.........in my bathroom.   The current color is "blah beige".
