Thanks Susan Louise! I will go check them out.

Such pretty patterns, well made & reasonable. It is a fun, useful item to collect.

I only wish they did the same thing in Fall designs, Fall is my favorite. Oh, & Halloween would be even better LOL!!!!

@Nomore  I forgot to add that the pattern of the red is called "Mason's Vista pink red transferware."  I know so little about this type of tableware.

Oh, thanks for the reminder!

I have the deer & the owl. I'm pretty sure I have the bunny & tree but I'll have to look.

I have never seen the amaryllis flower or the cardinal & chickadee.

I would love to find the cardinal & chickadee.

Maybe raccoons this year??? Whatcha' think???

@ChiliPepper  Some of the salad plates were only distributed regionally it seems. The amaryllis, Cardinal & Chickadee were a couple of those unfortunately.

Last year I was lucky to get a single Cardinal & Chickadee plate and a set of the amaryllis on EBay since we didn't have them here at our local Walmart.

I just checked EBay for you and currently I saw 2 amaryllis plates being sold for a reasonable price for each one HERE

I'm sure as it gets closer to the holidays  and when BH&G offers their new set of holiday dinnerware, there will be more offerings on EBay for those wanting to fill gaps in their own dinnerware collection. And the prices usually go up as it gets closer to the holidays too...so if you see something to add to your collection, if the price seems reasonable, get it! LOL

I remember there was LOTS last October-December and most were snagged up fast!

What makes this collection of dinnerware ful is you don't need a full set of 4, 8, etc, because you can have a different salad plate at each place setting if you are entertaining...so even if you have just one or two of a pattern, you can still incorporate it and make it work Smiley Very Happy

I have found in order to see all the pieces offered at any given time on EBay, I had to enter into the search many variables...such as:

Better Homes and Gardens Christmas Heritage Collection

Better Homes and Gardens Holiday Heritage Collection

Better Homes and Gardens Christmas Holiday Heritage Collection

Better Homes and Gardens Heritage Dinnerware

Better Homes and Gardens Heritage Plates

If you are looking for a specific plate design, add to the search the various pattern names...ie., mistletoe, poinsettia, amaryllis, cardinal, chickadee, owls, deer, bunny, joy, peace, hope, love, etc.

It seems silly, but without doing the various searches, I would have missed out on getting a few pieces to add to our collection. The sellers just don't have the titles of what they are selling exactly the same...HTH Smiley Happy

@ChiliPepper  Raccoons would be cool....as long as there are no possums! ooonooo.gif

Honestly though, I think BH&G has covered all the bases and can't even think of one image of a bird, critter, scenery they have missed or could add...

We'll definatly be surprised this year...either with more for the collection  or a brand new pattern Smiley Happy
