They are both beautiful, but I think I prefer the second one.

I love the North Carolina house...I love everything about it.
Me too...love everything about that NC home. Beautiful. Love that sunny hallway. The windows. The views. The terrace & porch. 🩵 All grand, yet airy, homey, lovely. Love it. Yes please!

@Oznell I really like both but the Carolina house calls to me. The warmth and art of the living room, the brick floor, the kitchen with the table in it....so warm and inviting. I'm not much on islands. To me they look kind of cold but that's just me.

I like the second one better, but if they were handed to me, I'd accept either one! Beautiful.

So fancy!! How much fun to tour a place like that!!

The NC house takes my breath away! The hallway is incredible. I would never leave the porch and that view (except of course to dine in that amazing kitchen!) ![]()
The Georgia house dining room is my idea of heaven. Love the wallpaper, the gorgeous chandelier and the doors opening onto the patio. Perfection.
Your spectacular posts are so appreciated @Oznell thank you so much!

Of these two beautiful homes, I would choose number two.
I love everything about this house, and I think I would quickly adjust to living there!

@Oznell Thank you very much, I'd take either or both!😄. Please make sure that they come with a complete staff for inside and out. After all, a gal has to spend time enjoying the view rather than doing the upkeep.
I would redo the interiors as the colors are not my palate nor are all the furnishings. However, that would be a minor inconvenience. 🙃

In terms of architecture, both are lovely. There's some sort of dissonance for me in a virtual baronial 'replica', no matter how well done, so my preference is for the second. Both have some pleasing interiors and some that I'd want to revisit. I'd want to redo the dining room of the second house and introduce a bit more color throughout.

The stonework is just amazing. Truely works of art! Thank you for sharing such beautiful homes,@Oznell
