TSV floor to ceiling clothes rod

On HSN, their TSV is one of those telescoping rods that goes from the floor to the ceiling; it has 3 arms that pull down and you can hang clothes on them. It has a shoe shelf that you can put shoes on. Do any of you have thisd and can comment on it?
