This little bit could be my house.

No, not the specific details but the general feel.

Love that comfy sofa!

That is a great apartment. I would like colorful scribbles against an ivory background, but his pop of color is a little more than I can handle.

I love so much about this beautiful home! You know I always love your home posts.

The couch looks especially comfortable.  That china pattern has always been one of my favorites.

Spectacular apartment, love the huge rooms and the rugs are beautiful.  There is much to see and I do like that.  I am not a fan of the dark pink colors.  I have said in other posts I always wanted to have a NY apartment.  I used to dream about living in the Village when I was a teenager!  I still admire that lifestyle.

I think it is all beautiful.  I might not choose it for myself, but I can appreciate it's beauty as a visitor.  Thanks so much for posting the tour.

Re: TRADITIONAL NEW YORK APARTMENT AWAITS HOLIDAYS

I literally gasped at these photos.  I am not a traditionalist/maximalist in any sense of the word, but I can appreciate it when it's done right.  And this is done right!  I was particularly charmed by the little elf in the Christmas tree.  I have several of these from the 1950s. They were my mom's.  They are extremely fragile at this point but I manage to get them in the tree each year.  My nine year old nephew can't understand why they don't fly around at night so that I find them in odd places in the morning.  I told him they are very old and can't do that anymore because they have arthritis.  He seems okay with that.

I like it except for the red, needs a little tweaking for me personally, but I like it.

I like the architecture and spaces. I love the garlands! My favorite room is the kitchen. I also like the cream sofa and pillows. My least favorite thing is the red walls.

Re: TRADITIONAL NEW YORK APARTMENT AWAITS HOLIDAYS

Oh I love this apartment so much! But I would have to live in it alone. My husband would trip over things.

@linda0215 I am laughing about your elfs with arthritis. That is so funny!

Thanks @Oznell .
