@Oznell   Your pictures are wonderful.  We have a small amount of stone more like accents on our house.  Here in Colorado it's very common to see stone on houses or commercial properties, fits in well.

@rockygems123,  thanks for posting,  I love that porch, with the perfect touch of river-stone-type embellishment bringing so much character!   Very "Colorado" as you say and so fitting.

This is a pretty "cobblestone" building, located in Ann Arbor, Michigan, near Gallup Park, built in the 1800s, using river rocks.

@alliswell,  thanks for posting that,  I love cobblestones.  What a treasure that building is!  Thank goodness that conservation-minded Ann Arbor has preserved it.
