This morning on Facebook, Valerie Parr Hill announced their her dear mother, Joan, peacefully passed away on Tuesday.  She was surrounded by her family.  For those who don't have the ability to leave a message for her on Facebook, I thought this might be a good place to send her your prayers and sympathies.
