Re: Swingin' Sitting Area

[ Edited ]

@lolakimono  Is this a deconstruction of Fragonard's "The Swing"?

@lolakimono An interesting idea.  I was more interested in the picture on the wall.

I'd tell people in my younger days I actually posed for that picture!  Ha!

OMG!  I'd have to pick the people up off of the ground laughing....I didn't used to be a chub but I don't remember looking that good....well...maybe many, many years ago.

Sort of suggests something kinky.  A naked portrait and a swing--often associated with childhood.

Beyond creepy in my opinion.

I don’t care for the swing or the picture. Not sure what purpose it serves or maybe I don’t want to know.

Gives new meaning to the term "swingers".

Too funny Annabelle!  I would say the same thing, especially to my sister in laws who don’t like me.

I like the idea of a sitting area but I would remove the furnishings, the picture and swing and furnish it as a sitting area in my taste.

I don't get it or like it.  I could see The swing going through the window.  It's too close.
