@stevieb This is a sweet cottage and the mums are inviting also.  I have a passion for mums because my dad always bought them this time of year and would bring several to me to enjoy.  Parkinsons/pneumonia took him but they still stir the heartstrings.

 I'd love to get rid of everything and move in!
 It does seem a bit low. I'd raise it up quite a bit due to water or flooding.
