@Foxxee and others interested, this is the Rabbits Ferry House in Lewes Delaware. It dates to the mid-1700's. Lewes is a charming little town that for many years was a well kept secret. The secret got out some time ago and what was an old fashioned affordable small town proximate to the Delaware beaches has 'blossomed', though some folks preferred it before. Oh well, don't it always seem to go... Anyway, the house, though still a cottage, is indeed larger than the initial picture. Here is a photograph of the entire front of the house. It's an interesting mix. The left side looks like a saltbox and the right side like a Cape Cod. The best of both worlds perhaps.
