I purchased two 3x5 rugs for my apt.  One for the entrance and the other for in front of my dresser in the bedroom.  Well, one of the rugs looked totally different color wise from online.  However, both rugs were on sale and free shipping but one was with ending in .99 (not returnable).  I contacted PB and they ended up calling me and told me I can return or exchange the rug since the colors did not work for me.  Now that is Customer Service and that is why I do business with them on an ongoing basis.  I was very surprised I received the call.

Great customer service!  My sister bought a slipcovered sofa from them.  The slipcover wore out, and they replaced it for free.  They said they had a lot of problems with that particular fabric.

I shop there occasionally but have had problems returning a defective item in the past. Glad they took care of you.
