I just received my weekly ad from Aldi yesterday and they have a storage bench listed for $19.99.  I believe it is 30" long and the ad says it comes in various fabrics and colors. 

I missed out on the TSV storage bench and I'm still kicking myself for it.  I'm heading to Aldi after work tonight to see if my store has them in stock.  I just need one for storing sheets.

Is this like the VPH ones or the FHE ones?

If so, beware of odor. I have a number of these and I store our throws in one in the family room. There is a 'new or chemical' smell to these and it doesn't go away (at least not totally) and it does transfer to the blankets, somewhat, unless they are washed or hung outside to air out.

Just a heads up if that might be an issue for you.

My post wasn't clear, I have the VPH and FHE ones, not the one from Aldi's. @Lipstickdiva

@Mominohio, these appear to be similar to the FHE storage benches but the ad didn't say what type of material it is.  I don't know if they are cloth, faux suede or what.  They don't look like they are faux leather. 

Thanks for the warning about the odor.  I'm hoping I can really inspect these before purchasing.

Oh my goodness, I didn't get my weekly ads until late last night and hadn't bothered to look through them yet . . . so many great things for the bedroom (that headboard is a steal!) . . . thanks everybody!

@ChiliPepper, yes. that would be the one.  Thank you.  It was hard to see in the tiny picture in my ad.  LOL

@momtochloe, love the headboard but I don't think it came in a king did it?  My bed is in front of windows now so I think it would be too tall anyhow but that did look like a steal.

I am also going to look at the mattress topper.  We need one for our camper and since it won't get used that much, I don't want to spend a ton of money. 

I have purchased the pillows before and they are quite nice for the price.

Bummer @Lipstickdiva as it looks like the headboard only comes in a full/queen according to my ad . . .

I bought one almost identical to it from Evine a few years ago when it was their TS for like $225 which was a good deal even back then so this is a steal . . . I may have to run over there just to see it!

I really love that storage ottoman and those storage bins with the grommets . . . just a great selection this week.

I purchased 6 of them from Aldi's. I have Valeries cube ones and these are definately the same thing and I stored my craft yarn and winter throws in them really organized and loving life no s/h either

Hi @TAZZIE and welcome to the boards!   Thanks so much for your first hand input as it's truly appreciated.  I really like that they come with a two year warranty . . . I love Aldi's!
