[Still Raining]

I have seen a mom, baby and toddler struggle with one seat.  When I used to sit with the grands we were always short one seat and had to shuffle.

I totally vote for a bench.

Aside, possibly, from the floor, there's nothing about this rather austere kitchen that I like, least of all the 'art' or those school bus seats pulled up to the counter... Increasingly, I'd just prefer a kitchen table and chairs to an island with stools or, as it were, benches...

I like the benches. I don't think that is a picture, but rather a tv screen on the counter, so you can watch tv while you eat.

The benches are ok, but I wouldn’t choose them for my kitchen. I prefer single stools with chair backs at a bar area for a quick bite, drink, or snack. For meals I want regular chairs and a regular table which are more comfortable IMO. I don’t really care for the grey & white color scheme or the artwork.

I'd pass on the bar benches. That's one drab kitchen.

This is not for me.  I like a table and chairs in a kitchen, not a counter with stools, chairs or whatever.  Just not my taste.

It's a look I just don't care for. The rest of the kitchen is also pretty bad.
