From a practical standpoint, an aquarium that deep is a pain to work in. Any aquarium deeper than 24" is awkward, at best, to deal with. I prefer an 18" deep aquarium myself. I've got a 24" deep aquarium now and I can barely reach the bottom without a ladder. It would be a no go for me, and I love aquariums.

Are there any fish in it?  It is part of the staircase or just customized to sit on the staircase?

 

I would be concerned for any fish living in it.

 

I guess it's a no for me.

There are many elements: wind, fire, water
