A lot of these stairs look cool & arty, but it only takes

one broken arm/leg/clavicle when you miss a step 

to make it not cool and not arty.

My grade school had weird placement of tiles going down

to the bathrooms....and countless kids tumbled down those stairs.

Weird how I remember that...to this day I hold on to the railing

with acsending/decending stairs.

If I had OUTDOOR stairs I would do it, but not inside.

@lolakimono,    The ones I could live with are with the all white walls and the white/black pattern on the stairs.   Some of other ones are pretty for outside.  Thanks for the pictures.  Maybe you can tell me how to copy a picture into a thread.  I have no idea how to do it.  HeartCat Happy

I like the idea of the florals or oriental prints on the risers.

 

Thinking about how I could easily do this on my own stairs.

 

I'd want them to be able to remove the print/paper easily, like Contact paper.
