I don't have stairs in my home, except in the basement and they sure are ugly but functional.   I'd love to do something with those.

My front stairs to get into my house are faux wrought iron & concrete, they sure do need a make over.    Not sure if any of these might work but I enjoyed looking.

I wouldn't unless I lived in an area where they would fit in. My sister in law definitely would, she loves color! I could easily see her with some of these designs...They stenciled their stairs in the last home that they lived in before they downsized, and it was really pretty!

I love the stair risers with tiles on them.  I saw some of them while I was in Greece and they are beautiful.

You need the right setting and property to carry off these looks.  I love looking at them, but they would out of place in my home.
