I think it is lovely.  Sets off the sleeping area.  Looks like this might be a small NY appt.

I always sleep on the floor with my mattress like that....the green plants against the light gray.....and wood floors and darling fireplace....with 2 wide open windows and fresh air..the arch is exquisite framing....tall ceilings....oh, I'm beside myself....😌

I like that it goes with the room but I'd want something with Geometric shapes rather than flowers.
