Went to Michael's and Pier One to get thingies so I can re-do my decorative vases and since the sizing is different, I'm wondering what to use as space fillers in my vases. These would not be seen - I just need something in the about two thirds of the vase to take up space. I tried packing peanuts and some little cardboard packing peanuts but they are not working too well. Also tried wadding up a bunch of tissue paper - also not working well. Suggestions anyone? I need to fill about 16 inches in height and the one vase is 33" in diameter so it's a big space to fill.
