Son returning VPH

Just talked to my son. They'd received the VPH cardinal centerpiece. Said they couldn't "fluff" it up to look good and then read the insert and found out that the candle wasn't included. I'd always sent them wreaths before, but tried something different this year. Didn't work out very well.
