just can't make this stuff up re:neighbors!  in fact, I'm surprised it took her OR one of "hens" that long to come over😉.  I mean I had new roof & windows put in recently & she came over to find out "did you get approved thru architectural board & county permits" when she saw the old windows on the front yard!

 

Guess that's all "they" have to do all day -- babysit the neighbors!!!!

This is so funny/sad.  It seems they are all alike.  I used to compare notes with my co-worker (female)  all the same.  Minute nuances but basically all the same.  My sister is on her 3d husband.  I asked her why repeat the same mistakes?  Answer - oh no, this one is different.  After a few years - the same.

My husband is exactly the same.  I asked him to clean and get rid of  all the clutter in our downstairs which he uses as his mancave.  The only thing he did was put a few things in a box that he told me not to get rid of because he was going to go through it - it is still there. I have just decided to gradually do it myself - a few things of his disappear each time I walk out through the garage.
