@Lilysmom1 So beautiful, my favorite painting is the first one. The way the red in the rocking horse picks up the red in the painting is the perfect balance.

 

And looking at the water lilies painting and your beautiful Nativity at first you wouldn't think they go together, but they do because of the green you added with the trees and little stones and the fabric. You have a great eye for color, and so much talent with decorating and quilting.

The first painting is a coastal trail close to my home.  The blueberries and huckleberries line the path.  When my brother, who lives in the interior of BC, comes home this is where I take him for a dose of ocean air.  I live a half hour away from Peggy's Cove.  We call our area the granite coast because of the dominance of whaleback concrete and large granite boulders.  We are fortunate to be surrounded by lakes, rivers and ocean access points.
