So annoyed that purchases break down after the 30 day return window :(

I am ready to stop shopping the Q because of quality control, too many faulty products that break down or fall apart after the window to send them back. Am I just jinxed or is this happening to alot of customers?

Cleaning out closet to get rid of stuff & realized most of it is from QVC.  D&C and Liz C shirts that shrunk and are worn looking even tho little wear. Clothes that never fit right but never sent back. D & C pants that don't "look crisp" after I washed and dried.  Funny thing is tho if I watch, I ultimately seem to end up buying something, so I need to not watch!!!
