Small heater from Lilly's buy 1 get1?????

We need a new heater and am curious if anyone can tell me their experience with the heaters from Lillie's. Heat output? Does it have big impact on electric bill?

The dollar amount for usage depends on the KWH rate from your local power supplier......and the length of time you use the heater.
