I like both rooms .. Room 1--not being a fan of pink I would switch out the lamp shade and pillows for another color and move the chair that in blocking the fireplace.

Both are cute rooms.

Both rooms very pretty! I am not a huge fan of pink either, so would definitely change out the pink pillows and pink lampshade, but otherwise a really pretty room-both of them!

The wallpaper in this room "closes up" an already small room.....JMHO.....

Very nice.  I'd change out the flowered pillow in pic 1 from the 1960's!!!

The first one is nice but not my style.  I agree with the others that the pink accessories would have to be replaced.  I wouldn't want the furniture that close to the fireplace...especially if it is a working fireplace.

The second one is my favorite but I'd remove the wallpaper.

I love them both but the pink is just more me-such a happy room!

I find both rooms to be cozy and appealing.  I think they're what they call a "snug" in GB.  I would have to have some color in the second one as it's overdosing on neutrals.

I feel like a broken record, and it's so common, but the first thing I notice in the first photo is the beautiful fireplace, the focal point of the room, but the opening is blocked by furniture in front of it.

The furniture is also too close.  How hot would it be to sit there when it's burning, not to mention possibly dangerous for the furniture.

I'm not into neutrals and pinks, but the furniture mix, not favorites, is fine, though.
