Slatkin issues not solved

I thought that Slatkin had rectified the problems with the candles. I just started burning a Frosted Cupcake and immediately- drowning wicks. I thought that maybe it was a dud and bought a new Apple Crumble. Drowning wicks and tiny flame on that one too. I am beyond annoyed. These candles are expensive and I don't want to have to bring them back to the mall everytime I buy one. Obviously, there is still a huge problem. I'm about to abandon Slatkin for good.
