Slatkin 2-piece Leaf Figural Candle & Reed Diffuser

Has anyone been able to find the Leaves refill oil for this set H15310 ? I called QVC and they said they don't carry the refills. The lady I spoke with said the info on her screen says refills at bath and body works. I called 877 slatkin number and was told no refills for reed diffuser.
