Slakin vs Yankee

Bought a lot of new Slakin holiday scents before thanksgiving and have been using them every night but the smell seem to fade, bought a Yankee Christmas tree jar candle today and am burning it now and now the house finally smells like christmas, anyone prefer Yankee over Slakin?
