Sisal rug light spots

I have a gorgeous little Yorkie who sometimes leaves presents on my sisal rug.  It takes a lot to clean the spots using a cleaner specifically for doggies messes.  However, there are many light spots on the rug from the cleaning.

 

any suggestions as to how I can blend in the lighter spots with the rest of the rug?

@littlerock   Have the rug professionally cleaned & start using pee pads.  Also, take the dog out more often to avoid getting further "presents."

Get a cat.  They use their litter box and no mess on your rugs.
