Re: Shotgun LR: Before and After

I like the concept of what was done in the after photo.  But it’s just too cluttered for me.  Too much ‘stuff’.

Especially with two big dogs.

Absolutely do not like the huge light fixture and the loud yellow door.... I actually liked the before pics better... not as much clutter and the dogs had a place to lounge....JMHO..

Good idea to replace the storage shelves with a work space - and that the chair can be turned into to room for additional seating.

The most important thing is, "do you like it?"  We don't have to live there, you do.  I decorate with what makes me comfortable not to please other people.  But, I do like things well put-together.

@luvmybeetle

It's not my space.  It's just for decorating discussion.

Sorry, I misunderstood.  So then I like the after better.  But I love those dogs the best.

The dog on the floor...check out his front paw! I've never seen such long 'fingers' like thatSmiley Surprised. Looks like a hand instead of a paw...lol!!

Thank you you for starting this thread.

I’m not wild about either, but think I could combine pieces from each look and make a look I like.

Re: Shotgun LR: Before and After

Just guessing, but I think this would appeal to a younger person - I think the after photos look great. I'm not fond of that yellow door, but for the right person I think the room looks cozy and uses the space well....!
