That's what I was thinking, and there's no way to control the weather, which is probably the main reason for shipping delays.

I ordered the Dyson DC59 and paid for expressed shipping ($33). EDD says 3/5 but order status states "in process". So, I guess my question is do I call cs and asked if the item has actually shipped or do I just wait until tomorrow and see if it shows up? Also, if you get expedited shipping does that change the amount of time it takes for them to actually process the order in their warehouse? I never had an issue with shipping with any other company, I always get updated shipping emails stating when item has shipped and a tracking number. This shipping system that QVC has seems a bit archaic.

I, too, placed an order on Feb. 24th, shipped on the 28th, delivery was suppose to be March 3, still no package. I've always received orders ahead of the estimated delivery date so don't know what has happened to this. I'm very disappointed and hope it arrives next week....
