I always change my sheets every friday morning.   

 

As much as I love clean sheets, I couldn't imagine changing them everyday.

I live in the desert, have a swamp cooler and sleep under a fleece sheet and a down blanket at night. They're either off or on, no temp setting but I'm often cold.

I would have clean sheets daily if I had someone to change them and do the laundry, but since I don't, it's weekly.  If there's illness I do change them more often.

Weekly for me in summer.  I use microfiber sheets in summer and think they are cooler than percale.
