Shark

Just curious if anyone else has experienced this. I have a shark steamer, have used it on my floors and liked the way it worked. All of a sudden it stopped pushing steam out, almost like its clogged. Same thing happened to my sister. The water in the tank heats but no steam comes out. This machine was not in any way over used or abused. Anybody else have this happen? Any idea how to repair? TIA.
