Shark vac warranty

My shark is still under warranty, and it is not picking up. Has anyone ever had to send there vac back for repair. I was wondering how there customer service is.

Have you checked all the hoses and underneath to assure there is no clog? I take a straightened wire coat hanger and run through mine.
