Shark Vacuum and shipping cost

I like this vacuum and was going to order it until I saw the shipping is $15.00!

I wonder if Bed-Bath carries it. I'm going to look this week.

I bet Amazon has it but I'm not prime so I don't know what the shipping is there.

I will not pay that amount of shipping in case I don't like it and have to send it back.

I've lost so much money on returns with QVC, its crazy.

I'm wondering if anyone knows if this vacuum is sold in bed/bath or somewhere else.

Ceci: I don't know the specific model you are referring to, but I have a Shark vacuum and I really like it. I bought mine at Macy's but I have also seen it at Target. I hope this helps.

They have a newer model out, the DeluxePro. Don't know why the Q always has old models they push for TSV's. I'm going to Bed Bath to get mine, 20% off and no S&H.

But what price are you all finding at these other stores? I can't find a better price even if I add in the shipping. That's why I ordered from QVC. Please share if you found a "price+shipping" lower than $145. I want to get that deal too!! Or is that only if you have the coupon at BBB?

I have a Shark also. I purchased it at Costco.

I am not Prime at Amazon either but I never pay for shipping.

I thought the same thing. I was going to purchase this for a friend because she loved mine. Saw shipping costs and thought they must be crazy!!

Bed, Bath, and Beyond - $189.99 - 20% off coupon = $152. Free shipping but no mini tool set. So this one costs me more than QVC's $145 (with shipping included.)

Costco - $159. If it's at my warehouse I could pick it up for this price But it doesn' thave the mini tool set and this price is still more than $145.

BJ's - $159, free shipping and includes the mini tool set. But still more than QVC price.

Kohl's - On sale for $189 and I cannot tell which exact version it is. States the name as "Shark Rocket Ultra-Lite Upright Vacuum" and Kohl's does not list it as the "deluxe pro" version. But it is a lot more than QVC's price even with the shipping. And does not include the mini tool set.

So it looks to me like QVC's price with shipping is the best price unless you aren't sure. If you decide to return it QVC's will cost you more than any other site because you not only pay the original $15 shipping & handling but you most likely have to pay to ship it back. With local stores you probably won't pay any shipping at all.

For this item I plan to keep it unless it's defective. In that case I won't pay any shipping either and will get a replacement from QVC.

QVC's shipping costs often turn me off from buying and I can find things cheaper elsewhere. But for me this one seems to be a good deal.

They sell this vacuum at my local Walmart for $159, so really you're only saving $15 by ordering it from QVC. I guess every dollar counts, and you may want Easy Pay, but returning it would be a lot easier if you picked it up at Walmart.
