Setting a Table Please Refresh My Memory

It's been a year since I have set my table for company in our dining room. What side do the cloth napkins go on and also for the knife and fork, what side of the plate. Knife blade facing in or out? I can handle a bbq any day, my favorite. I hate all these trivial problems, but I want it to look nice. TIA
