Scrub Daddy Offer in the Insider Magazine

When I received my Insider Magazine, I saw that the Scrub Daddy sponges are soon coming out in different colors, and the yellow one will be scented. Also, in the picture with the article, it gives the price they will be that day as the TSV. Also, it has an order "now" price, encouraging you to order now because it may not be on Easy Pay the day it comes out as a TSV.

I decided I wanted them, so I called to place my order "now." then I was told I could not order now. So I told them it was in the magazine ad what it said. Surprisingly, I was told it was printed like that for those that might get their magazine later than I got mine. They are mailed out at different times,and I might be lucky to get mine as early as possible. Others may have to wait much longer to get theirs. Because of that, I couldn't order them yet, so others could be satisfied when they get their magazine.

This makes no sense to me. If I get mine and it say I can order now, then by golly I should be able to order now. Can't believe the excuses they gave me when they denied my order.

I don't think this is good behavior on QVC's part,and think they should have honored it.

What would you do ?

I would order online rather than calling to place the order. Item No. is V33028. I love Scrub Daddy! I would order the TSV but I have 6 left from an order I placed a while ago. HTH

WHY in the world do they want to add a scent???? Just...NO! Although I guess it IS a way to justify a price increase.

The added scent is a deal killer for me, I see no need for it on a sponge. I don't like scented cleaning products or laundry products either.

I don't know why they told you yesterday that you couldn't order them yet - I ordered them 6/19 and received them yesterday. Order them online or trying calling again - maybe you'll get someone who knows what they are doing.

Dont worry, you can get these sponges in Big Lots (no face) for 2 for a dollar. Same thing!

FYI -- only two of the sponges are lemon scented. It is a package of 10 sponges (Includes two lemon-scented sponges, two green sponges, two orange sponges, two blue sponges, and two yellow sponges). HTH
