So agree with poster - so tired of them - trying so hard to be cute. Normal adults just don't act like that - when I've watched all I can think of is - be real - grow up!

It was designed as a vacation home where the entire Scott Family could gather together and enjoy time together. That's why it looks like a resort, the family lives in Canada most of the time, although I believe the other Scott brother (not one of the twins) lives in Las Vegas full time.

Like so many others I used to enjoy their show but now it has gotten so repetitive and dull. HGTV needs to stop doing the shows that are about renos and go back to some more about decorating IMO. I never got tired of watching Sarah Richardson or Candace Olson because they did every room different. Now all they have are Flip or flop - where they spend way above budget and never finish on time and then each is done by the same formula over & over OR Fixer upper - same story over & over - and every design looks the same - though I like her style better than most, and he is so immature, OR property brother. I can't even watch Love it or list it - I can't stand that couple - I just can't grab the remote fast enough.

I thought they were gay - not that this would prevent them being in a serious relationship or getting married.

I used to love to watch the Scott brothers but they are way over exposed now, they're everywhere. When they came to QVC that was just too much for me.

For all their TV experience I expected a much more interesting show. So far their appearances have all been sleep inducing and disappointing. The one today hosted by Amy was awkward and lack luster. It was hard to tell if they should have had a different host or better pacing. The whole show felt forced. And the decorating ideas offered were nothing new. The Scott Bros have nice products, so I will look on line to shop and skip the on-air shows.

I followed the Scott Brothers on HGTV while they were building their home. It's very nice and well planned for them as well as when their parents visit them. Also, for large family get togethers.
I was excited about watching them this evening from LA, but my heart sank when I tuned in and heard Amy before I saw her.
QVC, Drew and Jonathan "PLEASE" have Jill or Carolyn host the Scott Living shows. They are much more suited.
I changed channels and didn't watch after I heard Amy.

For someone like myself, who is into home and home decor, you think I'd watch these shows, but I don't.
I was wondering though, if there are any shows where someone goes in, and works strictly with what people already have.
I think a great program would be where a decorator goes in, looks at what people already have in their homes (and closets and basements, and attics) and works with what is there to show how to change and improve a place without spending any money, or say have a really small budget, like a couple of hundred dollars, to compliment what is already there (thinking taking current furniture, and paint it, or take simple supplies like stencils to enhance something, etc.)
I know I do this with my house. Rearrange the furniture, move the decor items, etc. around, bring in nothing new, just change up what I have.
Maybe I'm crazy, but I think that would be a fun show.
