Facebook is not powerless, why are they not taking action?

There are many of these ads on FB and other places that masquerade as a legit company having a huge sale. Don't even click on them as some may be phishing as well. You can report them, but they won't go away. I know some are shut down as fraudulent, but for each one shut down, in seems like 10 more pop up to take its place.

I AM CURIOUS ABOUT SOME ADS ON SOCIAL MEDIA THAT LOOK TO BE FROM QVC & HSN.

THEY FEATURE THE SHELVING UNITS THAT FOLD COMPACTLY WHEN NOT IN USE.  THEY ARE SELLING ON QVC FOR I BELIEVE $149.00.  ON THIS  AD THEY ARE CLEARENCE PRICED AT $19.99 EACH BUT WAIT......BUY TWO AT 19.99  GET TWO FREE!

THE WEBSITE SELLING THEM IS CALLED "INTAMBRA" SUPPOSEDLY OUT OF CALIFORNIA.  COULDNT REALLY FIND ANY INFO ABOUT THIS COMPANY.

ANY THOUGHTS??  SHOULD I GO WITH MY INSTINCTS AND PUT MY WALLET AWAY?

INPUT FROM QVC WOULD BE HELPFUL.

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERY ONE

This is a SCAM. I ordered and never received. Directed to weird tracking that didn’t work. After weeks was told it was delivered and must have been stolen. 100% scam. Even my bank knew when I contacted them.
