Wanted to get back to you with regard to my on-going account saga.  I've heard back and the folks at the other end have handed my issue down the line to the folks who work the back end of things to see if they can affect the desired changes.  Still keeping fingers crossed.

I am so happy for you, I love fresh starts. The community grounds sound beautiful. You are making it your own.I think anytime is the perfect time to "downsize". Live simply and simply live.
