SCOTT LIVING mattress pad

This is a little odd, but shouldn't my mattress protector have a Scott Living tag on it? I finally got new sheets and put this one on but it says Southbeach or south something I have to see if I saved the zipper package it was in? There's no item number that I can locate either.

I recently received the Scott Living Mattress Protector for my guest bedroom, and the package definitely says Scott Living with a photo of them.

What about the hang tag on the item? Yes, package had Scott Living, found the package. But it appears a different item is in it??? This is crazy

If it was me I'd be calling customer service asap. One possibility is a dishonest customer returned the wrong mattress pad and they sent that one to you. The packaging and the item should both say Scott Living.
