Rust stains on concrete patio - how to get rid of them?

Hi Everyone -

We have some rust stains on our concrete patio from the feet of the patio set we have. Not sure why it is rusting as its outdoor furniture and supposidly "rust resistant". yeah right!

Anyways, does anyone have any ideas/suggestions on how to remove the rust stains? I tried a few things and they faded a bit but still very noticeable.
