Sorry, didn't see your post and wanting item number till just now. Happy vintagenoel was sable to provide it. Also I actually found it by just putting in bethlehem woodland tree just as she wrote. Hope you can get one soon.

rosehill, it is H203062 -or- just type in the Search Block Bethlehem Woodland and everything they have available will pop up.
