Replacing Old Countertop in Kitchen

I'm about to replace my old countertop in kitchen but not exactly sure with what surface. I'm looking at granite, marble and also the Martha Stewart product from Home Depot, which I believe is Corian. I'd appreciate any advice from anyone who has done this recently and need advice as far as what to expect to pay as well as durability, etc.
